Welcome to SCORMSUITE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SCORMSUITE website and services. By creating an account or using our conversion tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SCORMSUITE provides a cloud-based platform for converting digital assets—including PDF documents, MP4 videos, and static images—into SCORM 1.2 compliant packages. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain all ownership rights to the source files you upload to our platform. However, by using the Service, you grant SCORMSUITE a temporary, technical license to process, convert, and store your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to the content you upload.
Access to specific high-tier features and conversion limits is managed via a credit-based system or subscription model. Credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law. SCORMSUITE reserves the right to modify pricing or credit requirements with prior notice on our website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCORMSUITE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee that the converted SCORM packages will be 100% compatible with every Learning Management System (LMS) due to varying implementation standards of the SCORM protocol by third-party providers.
